Lost queen-size blue and white floral comforter last seen in a car in Inland Empire.

I misplaced a queen-size comforter that has a beautiful blue and white floral design. It was last seen in my car after a trip to a friend's house in the Inland Empire, but it seems to have slipped out when I got out. A little help finding it would be greatly appreciated!
