I found an ID card this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind Riverside City College, near University Avenue in Inland Empire. It's a standard employee badge, about the size of a credit card, with a blue-to-silver gradient and a small photo in the upper left. The lanyard is bright green and says 'Inland Tech Services' with a metal clip. There are a couple of tiny scratches on the corners and a light coffee stain along the bottom edge. The name on the card is obscured by glare in the photo, but this looks like something that could grant access at work. The owner would be really grateful to have it back, so if you recognize this badge, I’ll help coordinate returning it to the right person.
