Beige hard-shell suitcase with blue strap and red TSA lock

I lost my beige hard-shell suitcase with a blue strap and a red TSA lock. I last saw it yesterday around 3pm in Old Town Eureka, Humboldt County, in the parking area near the boardwalk along Humboldt Bay. It's a medium-sized suitcase, about 24 inches tall, with a small dent on the bottom-right corner and a blue luggage tag with my initials 'PP' still poking out from the handle. Inside are clothes for a week and a small photo album from my grandmother—sentimental stuff that makes me really anxious to get it back.
