Black velvet evening gown with rhinestone belt

I lost my black floor-length velvet evening gown yesterday around 3pm near the Poughkeepsie Galleria on Route 9. It's an Adrianna Papell gown, size 8, with a silver rhinestone belt and a small back slit. The gown is in good shape overall but has a tiny snag on the left hem and a lipstick stain on the inner lining by the zipper. It means a lot to me—my grandmother gave it to me, and I really need it back for a gala this weekend. If anyone finds it, I'd really appreciate getting it back.
