Lost shoes in the Hudson Valley, New York.

Yesterday at about 6:30 p.m., I realized my shoes were missing after a quick jog along the Walkway Over the Hudson, near the Poughkeepsie entrance. I must have kicked them off for a moment and left them on a bench by the southern overlook. They’re blue canvas sneakers with white laces and a small scuff on the toe, with a neon-green insole that makes them easy to spot. I really need them back for work and daily travel, and I’ve been worried all evening. If you found them, please reach out through the site so we can arrange a pickup.

Lost adapters in the Hudson Valley

Hi, I’m Grace Bennett. This past Saturday at 6:45 PM I realized my adapters were missing after I left a bench near the Beacon train station by the river in the Hudson Valley. They’re a small black set in a light-blue pouch inside my backpack, and I used them to charge my laptop and camera during a weekend photo walk. I’m worried because I have a freelance deadline next week and no spare adapters, and I’d be grateful if anyone who found them could let me know where they were turned in.

Lost guitars near Walkway Over the Hudson

After a short set in Beacon’s Arts District on Main Street, I was packing up around 6:30 p.m. Friday and somehow left my two guitars on the sidewalk near the Walkway Over the Hudson on the Poughkeepsie side. I hurried back, but the cases were gone. One is a sunburst Telecaster-style with a chipped edge; the other is a black Strat-style with a missing jack plate. These guitars are my livelihood for the week, and losing them has me scrambling to keep up with rehearsals and gigs. If someone saw them or found them, I’d be grateful for any help returning them.

Lost holiday decorations near Kingston Plaza

On Saturday around 11:20 AM, I was unloading a tote of holiday decorations from my car near Kingston Plaza on Main Street in Kingston, NY. I must have dropped it in the bustle of shoppers; the tote held garlands, several strands of lights, and a wreath with a bright red bow. A few ornaments rolled toward a gutter grate, and my heart sank at the thought of our street lights not going up this year. If someone picked it up, I’d be grateful to be reunited with them through this site.

Lost Xylophones in Hudson Valley

Yesterday around 5:15 p.m., I was leading a children's music workshop in a Beacon community hall when my xylophones disappeared from a side room. They’re two wooden xylophones in a lime-green carrying case, with a bright yellow mallet sticking out and a small dent on the larger one. They matter a lot to the kids and to me; I can’t imagine how the rehearsal will go without them. I’ve retraced from the Beacon Train Station to Main Street and back, but I haven’t found them yet.

LOST: Action Figures near Walkway Over the Hudson

Hi, I’m Ava. I realized around 6:10 PM yesterday that my action figures were missing after I paused for a quick photo along the Walkway Over the Hudson on the Poughkeepsie side. It’s a small crew—Spider-Man, Black Panther, and a blue Batman—plus a few tiny accessories—that’s been with me since childhood. They’re more than toys; they’re reminders of the countless afternoons I spent imagining adventures with my dad. I’ve been carrying them through the Hudson Valley since. If someone found them near the main entrance and tucked them away somewhere safe, I’d be forever grateful to have them back in my hands.
