14k white gold ring with star sapphire

I lost my 14k white gold ring with a tiny star sapphire yesterday around 3pm near the Alpine Market on Summit Street in High Rockies. It's a slim, oval-cut blue star sapphire set in a delicate bezel, about the size of a pea, with an inner engraving 'AP' faintly etched on the inside of the band. The band shows a few micro-scratches from daily wear. It has sentimental value — my grandmother gave it to me, and I really need to get it back. If anyone picked it up, please reach out; I miss it a lot.
