Blue reflective dog collar with name tag

I lost my blue reflective dog collar yesterday around 3pm while walking Milo near the Hickory Farmers Market on Main Ave. It's a blue nylon adjustable collar, about 1 inch wide, with glow-in-the-dark stitching along the edges. There’s a small brass name tag engraved with 'Milo' and a tiny paw-print stamp. The collar is slightly faded and a little frayed on the strap from daily use. Milo is nervous in new places, and I really need to find it—it's his everyday collar and has sentimental value since it's been with us since he joined our family.
