Lost blue dog collar with silver name tag near park in Heartland, Florida.

I lost my dog's blue collar with a silver name tag attached while walking in the park near Heartland Florida. It likely came off when my dog got excited and started playing in the grass. If anyone finds it, please let me know; it has my dog's name and my contact info on it.
