Black leather tote with gold hardware

Found this black pebble-grain leather tote this afternoon around 2:30pm outside the Heartland City Market on Palm Street, near the fountain by the public library. It's a Coach tote, about 14 inches wide, with gold-tone hardware and a small scratch on the bottom corner. Inside, tan suede lining and a pink lipstick smear in the inner pocket. The zipper pull has a tiny silver tassel and a heart-shaped keychain attached. I tucked it into the market information booth for safekeeping and hope to reunite it with its owner.
