Lost Avians near Waikiki Beach, Honolulu

near the Duke Kahanamoku statue Lost listing Posted about 3 hours ago

Description

Hi, I’m Malia Nakamura. I lost two pet birds yesterday evening in Waikiki. Around 6:15 PM I had them perched on a portable cage by the Duke Kahanamoku statue near Kuhio Beach when a gust of wind knocked the cage open and they flew away. They’re small avians: one is green with a bright yellow chest, the other blue with gray wings. I last saw them near the banyan trees along Kalakaua Avenue, by the Royal Hawaiian Center. I’m beside myself with worry and I’m hoping someone might have seen them around Kapiolani Park or along the Waikiki Beach path.
