Yesterday around 4pm I realized my red nylon dog collar was missing. It's a medium size, adjustable, with a bone-shaped metal ID tag engraved with my dog's name 'Nova' and my phone number, plus a thin green reflective strip along the edge. I probably dropped it near the Hartford Public Library on Main Street, maybe by the bus stop or the little coffee cart outside. It's sentimental to me—Nova is a rescue, and the tag is the only ID she wears; I’m really worried she’ll be without it.
