Description
Tuesday around 3:15 p.m., I was on Market Street near Constitution Plaza, not far from the Hartford Public Library, when I realized my skirts were missing from my tote. I had rushed between meetings to prep for a big job interview, and those skirts were my go-to outfit. They were a navy pencil skirt and a black pleated skirt, both in my usual size. I felt a wave of panic knowing I needed them for the interview tomorrow. If you found two skirts left behind in that downtown Hartford area, I would be grateful to have them back.
