Found men's navy blue tuxedo jacket in excellent condition in Bushnell Park.

I found a men's navy blue tuxedo jacket last night while walking my dog in Bushnell Park in Hartford. It looks like it might be expensive and is in excellent condition, but it has no tags or other identifying information.
