Found a black men's size medium tuxedo jacket near Riverfront Park in Hartford.

I recently found a black tuxedo jacket hanging on the fence near Riverfront Park in Hartford last Saturday evening. It has no visible tags, but it looks to be in excellent condition and appears to be a men's size medium.
