Found set of keys on a red keyring with small green rubber frog outside the downtown library in Harrisonburg.

I found a set of keys on a red keyring with a small green rubber frog attached to it lying on the ground right outside the downtown library in Harrisonburg. I picked them up around 3 PM today. They also have a few house keys and some store fobs, so I'm hoping to get them back to their owner.
