Nintendo Switch Lite turquoise with panda sticker

I found a turquoise Nintendo Switch Lite this afternoon around 4:15pm on Market Street outside the Broad Street Market in downtown Harrisburg. It’s in good working condition, with a black silicone case and a tiny panda sticker on the back. The device has a small corner scuff, and I didn’t see any identifying papers with it.
