Navy satin gown with crystal neckline

I lost my navy satin evening gown yesterday around 3pm near the Broad Street Market entrance on Market Street in Harrisburg. It's an Adrianna Papell gown, size 8, floor-length with a detachable crystal-embellished neckline that shimmers under streetlights. The dress is in good shape overall, just a tiny snag on the back hem from stepping on a curb, and the inside lining has a small silver-embroidered label with the initials AF.
