Found a friendly orange-brown tabby cat with a collar near East Shore Park in Harrisburg.

I found a lovely orange-brown tabby cat wandering around the East Shore Park in Harrisburg yesterday. She appears to be well-cared for, as she is very friendly and has a collar with no tags. I think she might have slipped out of her home. If anyone is missing their cat, please reach out!
