Beige hearing aid with blue earmold

I found a beige behind-the-ear hearing aid this afternoon around 2:15 pm outside the Harrisburg Transportation Center on 2nd Street. It has a bright blue earmold and a small engraving on the battery door that reads 'K.T.' It's in decent cosmetic shape, just a few scuffs from the pavement. It was sitting on the curb near the crosswalk by the main entrance, close to the taxi stand.
