Gray tabby cat with blue collar and white chest

I lost my gray tabby cat yesterday around 3pm near the CVS on 12th Street in Hanford-Corcoran. He’s about medium size, with a blue reflective collar and a tiny silver bell, and a white patch on his chest with a small notch in his left ear. He’s indoor-outdoor and loves tuna, and he answers to the name Mochi. This cat means the world to me and I’m really worried he’s out there somewhere.
