Black tote bag with red interior found in Norfolk

I found a black canvas tote bag this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Waterside District in downtown Norfolk. It's a medium tote, about 14x12 inches, with a bright red satin lining and a tiny white star embroidery on the front. There’s a blue dolphin keychain on the zipper and a spiral notebook inside with a sticker that says 'Studio 7'. I’m glad to hold onto it and help get it back to its owner—this bag seems important, and I’d hate for someone to lose sight of it in the Hampton Roads area.
