Lost insulin pen in a black case containing insulin cartridges, left in a coffee shop in Hampshire.

Description

I accidentally left my insulin pen in a coffee shop in Hampshire last Thursday. It's in a black case with my name on it, and it definitely contains some of my insulin cartridges. I'm really worried, as I need it for my diabetes management. If anyone has seen it or found it, please reach out!
