I lost my blue iPhone 12 Pro with a lime-green OtterBox case yesterday around 3pm outside WestQuay Shopping Centre in Southampton, Hampshire. The phone has a small dent on the lower-right corner and a noticeable scratch across the screen, but it still works. Inside are priceless family photos and a video of my nephew's first steps—it's sentimental for me. There's a tiny sea-turtle sticker near the camera bump and the SIM tray feels a little loose.
