Black-and-white beagle mix with blue collar

Hey, I lost my black-and-white beagle mix named Scout yesterday around 3pm. He was last seen outside Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, near the Food Court entrance. He's medium-sized, about 40 pounds, with a white heart-shaped patch on his chest and a small scar on his left hind leg. He’s wearing a blue collar with a silver tag that reads 'Scout 212' and he’s microchipped. He’s super friendly and tends to come when called, but he can be a bit shy with loud noises. If you spot him, call me right away—he’s my hiking buddy and I’m really worried, this dog means a lot to me.
