Gold-tone necklace with emerald pendant

I lost my gold-tone necklace yesterday around 3pm near Bay Park Square Mall on Oneida Street in Green Bay. It’s a delicate 16-inch chain with a small oval pendant that features a tiny emerald stone. The back of the pendant is engraved with the initials 'LR', and the clasp shows a little wear from daily use. It means a lot to me; my mom gave it to me many years ago, and I’m really hoping to get it back.
