Blue hand-painted ceramic vase with gold leaves

I’m listing this Art & Decorative Item as lost. I lost my blue hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm near the City Deck along the Fox River in downtown Green Bay. It’s about 12 inches tall, cobalt blue with a delicate gold-leaf motif, and there’s a tiny chip on the rim plus a maker’s mark MK 92 on the bottom.
