Beige leather handbag with gold hardware

I found a beige leather handbag this afternoon around 3:45 pm behind the Bay Park Square Mall entrance on Lombardi Ave in Green Bay. It’s a medium-sized bag with gold-tone hardware and a small pink tassel on the zipper. Inside, the striped navy lining and a photo sleeve in the front pocket stand out, plus there’s a tiny coffee stain on the bottom corner.
