Anker PowerCore 20000 PD portable charger

I lost my black Anker PowerCore 20000 PD portable charger yesterday around 3pm. I was in Green Bay, in the Target parking lot behind Bay Park Square Mall on Oneida Street, near the entrance facing Military Avenue when I must have set it down. It's a matte black 20,000 mAh charger with a red USB-C cable still plugged in, and the top-right corner has a tiny dent with my initials KB lightly engraved on the bottom. It was a gift from my sister and has sentimental value, so I'd really appreciate it if someone could return it.
