Navy passport wallet with compass charm

I lost my navy passport wallet yesterday around 3pm near the Belltower on Main Street in Grass Valley, Gold Country. It's a compact TravelWise RFID-blocking wallet, about the size of a passport, with a red zipper pull and a tiny brass compass charm on the zipper. Inside, my initials 'P.P.' are embossed, and there's a faded boarding pass from a trip last year along with a tiny photo tucked in the card slots. It has sentimental value—my grandmother gave it to me, and I’d be really glad to get it back.
