I found this afternoon around 2:45pm outside the Grand 1894 Opera House on Postoffice Street, near The Strand in Galveston. It's a red concert ticket stub printed on glossy cardstock, roughly 3x7 inches, with a perforated edge and a barcode on the back. Front reads 'Sunset Blues Fest' with the date and a small holographic sticker in the corner. It also has a tiny coffee stain near the bottom and a blue ink doodle of a wave in the margin—easy to spot if you've seen this exact ticket.
