Found a brown leather wallet this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind The Strand on 25th Street, Galveston. It's a genuine leather wallet, dark chocolate brown with a slightly worn corner and a small green enamel dolphin pin on the inside. Inside there are several cards and a faded photo of a kid in a red hoodie; there’s a coffee stain on the back and a zippered coin pocket.
