Found affectionate tabby cat with collar but no tags near 14th Street in Galveston.

I found a sweet tabby cat wandering around my backyard near 14th Street in Galveston. It seems to be quite well-fed and has a collar but no tags. It's very affectionate and appears to be lost. I’m hoping to reunite this little guy with his owner as soon as possible.
