This morning at about 8:30 a.m., I found two travel bags sitting by the curb outside the Hippodrome State Theatre on West University Avenue in Gainesville. The bags look recently left behind—a black roller case and a navy duffel stuffed with clothes and a map from the bus line. I left them in a safe spot nearby and kept an eye from a bench by Depot Park, hoping the owner would notice the post. If these belong to you, they’re stationed near that corner, not far from the University of Florida campus.

It's about 15 inches long, with a worn leather handle and a small brass interior tag that reads Property of Priya Patel. Inside I had a 13-inch laptop sleeve, a blue notebook, and a red Parker fountain pen clipped to the outer pocket. There's a yellow sticky note on the inner lining with the initials PP. The bag has a tiny tear near the zipper and a few scuffs. It really matters to me—it's a work bag and a gift from my late aunt, and I’d be beyond grateful to get it back.

I found a black North Face backpack while walking around the University of Florida campus yesterday afternoon. It seems like it may contain school supplies and a water bottle. I found a black guitar capo with a red grip this afternoon around 3:45 pm behind the Reitz Union on the UF campus, near the campus bookstore and the bus stop. It's about 2.5 inches long, metal, with a few minor scratches from being jostled in a bag. There's a small panda sticker by the clamp and the initials 'A.M.' engraved along the side. I figured it probably belongs to someone who plays in a band or goes to open mic night—hoping to reunite it with the right person.
