Navy parka with red fleece lining

I lost my navy parka yesterday around 3pm near the Save Mart on Blackstone Ave in Fresno. It's a North Ridge mid-length, water-resistant coat with a bright red fleece lining that peeks out when you unzip the front. There's a small tear at the left cuff and a tiny silver heart-pin on the zipper pull. Inside the chest pocket I kept a faded charity run sticker. This coat has sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother, and I really need it back.
