His left ear flops a bit when he runs, which makes him look extra goofy. Found a medium-sized beagle mix this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Fredericksburg Farmer's Market on Caroline Street. It’s wearing a blue collar with a brass tag that reads Milo and has a tiny white heart-shaped patch on its chest. The dog is friendly and clearly used to people, wagging its tail and leaning into me as I approached. One ear flops more than the other, and a frayed red leash is still attached to the collar.
