Blue U.S. passport with gold crest

I lost my blue U.S. passport yesterday around 3pm near Market Square in downtown Fredericksburg, by the Majestic Theatre on Caroline Street. It's a standard blue passport with the gold crest and 'United States of America' on the cover, with a small crease along the lower-right corner and a tiny coffee stain on the back. Inside, the photo page shows my face and there’s a visa stamp from a recent trip, plus a green travel-clinic sticker on the inside cover. This passport is essential for my travel plans next week, and I’m really hoping someone hands it back soon—it's sentimental and I’d be devastated to lose it.
