Blue US passport in black leather cover

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 7:15pm near the Starbucks on Market Street in downtown Frederick. It’s tucked inside a black leather cover with a faint coffee stain on the back. The cover shows the gold seal and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA lettering, and there’s a small mountain sticker on the inside flap from a hiking trip last year. The passport itself is in good condition, no rips, and I have an international flight next week, so I’m really hoping to get it back.
