Black Samsonite suitcase with blue tag found downtown

I found a black Samsonite suitcase this morning around 7:45am outside the Grand Wayne Center on Jefferson Blvd, downtown Fort Wayne. It's a 28-inch hard-shell spinner, matte black, with a blue luggage tag that reads 'A.R.' on the handle and a photo sticker stuck to the inside lid. There's a small scuff on the bottom corner and the zipper pulls feel a bit stiff, but the wheels roll nicely. Inside the lid I found a red travel pouch and a Disney sticker on the lining—easy clues if this is yours.
