It's about 48 inches long, 20 inches wide, and has a small chip on the front edge plus a tiny crack in the glass frame that's hard to miss. Under the table, etchings in pencil read 'PA' (not perfectly clear), another identifying detail. It feels strange not having it—it's the centerpiece of my living room and it was a gift from my grandmother, so it has sentimental value. I found a framed ocean seascape painting this afternoon around 2:15 pm along Las Olas Boulevard near the Riverside Market. It's an 18x24 inch print in a black wood frame with a glossy glass front, and there's a tiny dent in the bottom-right corner. The print is a blue-toned wave scene signed 'Marina Studio' in the lower-left, and the back has a small sticker reading 'L.M. 2023' plus a white hanging wire. It's in decent condition aside from a light layer of dust from being outdoors; I can imagine it being a thoughtful gift or a piece someone cherishes.
