Found Canon VIXIA camcorder near Las Olas

I found a black Canon VIXIA HF R800 camcorder (Audio & Video Equipment) this afternoon around 2:15 PM in the parking lot behind the Broward Center for the Performing Arts on East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale. It’s in a worn navy-blue neoprene case with a cracked LCD screen and a dent on the top edge. The battery door has a small orange sticker with the initials 'JA', and the lens cap is attached to the strap. It looks like someone was recording family memories, and I’d love to help get it back to its owner.
