Found a black messenger bag containing textbooks and a binder at Fort Dodge park playground bench.
I found a black messenger bag at the Fort Dodge park last weekend. It was sitting on a bench near the playground. It looks like it might belong to a student, as there are a few textbooks and a binder inside. If you can describe the bag and the contents to me, I'll be happy to return it.
Gray tote bag with blue tassel and floral lining
Found this gray tote bag this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Fort Dodge Public Library on Central Ave. It's a medium-sized canvas bag with a navy zipper and a bright blue tassel on the zipper pull. Inside, there is a red spiral notebook with the initials 'L.R.' on the cover and a pack of mint gum. The inner lining is pale yellow with a small white floral print, and there's a local cafe loyalty sleeve tucked in the pocket. It looks relatively new and wasn't torn or dirty, just left behind. I'm holding onto it for now. If this is yours, drop me a line at [email protected] and we'll figure out the rest.
Lost metallic reading glasses with blue tint in a brown leather case at the coffee shop on Central Avenue in Fort Dodge.
I think I left my reading glasses at the coffee shop on Central Avenue in Fort Dodge. They are metallic frames with a blue tint and were in a brown leather case. I realized they were missing when I got home and checked my bag. If anyone finds them, I would really appreciate having them back!
Black Galaxy S21 in orange OtterBox with dragon sticker
Yesterday around 3pm I realized my black Galaxy S21 was missing. It's in a bright orange OtterBox with a dragon sticker on the back, and the screen has a crack along the top-left corner. I was at the Fort Dodge Public Library on 4th Ave North, near the entrance by the bus stop, when I must have dropped it while juggling a tote bag and a hot coffee. The phone has family photos and a few work notes, so it has sentimental value and I’m really hoping to get it back.
Sony WH-1000XM4 wireless headphones, matte black
I lost my Sony WH-1000XM4 wireless headphones yesterday around 3pm near the Fort Dodge Public Library on Central Ave. They're matte black, over-ear, with a small scuff on the right earcup from a bag drop, but the sound is still great. I always keep the charging cable and the original soft case, which has a tiny coffee stain, and there's a sticker with my initials L.A. on the inside of the case. They mean a lot to me because I use them daily for commutes and Zoom calls, and they were a gift from my sister, so I'd really appreciate getting them back.
Found: silver Korg microKORG synth near Fort Dodge Library
I found a compact silver Korg microKORG synthesizer, an electronic instrument, in a black padded gig bag this morning around 10:45am in the parking lot behind the Fort Dodge Public Library on 2nd Avenue. It's in decent used condition, with a few light scratches on the lid and a small dent on the top edge, and there's a red heart sticker on the front of the case. Inside, there's a blue tape label that reads 'DJ Sam' and a tiny note with a partial serial number scribbled on it, which I figured might help identify the owner. I know how dependent someone can be on this gear for gigs and practice, so I'm hoping to reunite it with the rightful owner soon.
Tan leather handbag with gold hardware, Coach emblem
Hey, I lost my tan leather handbag yesterday around 3pm near the Fort Dodge Public Library on 1st Ave. It's a Coach bag, about 12 inches wide and 9 inches tall, in good condition with a small coffee stain on the bottom corner. There's a red scarf tied to the handle and a tiny heart-shaped charm with my grandma's initials inside the inner pocket. Inside are my wallet, a faded family photo, and a bus pass—it's really sentimental to me, especially since it was a gift. If anyone found it, please reach out; I can verify ownership by the scarf knot, the heart charm, and the interior lining.
Sunburst Yamaha acoustic guitar with strap
I had my sunburst Yamaha acoustic guitar in a black gig bag with a neon-green strap. It went missing yesterday around 3pm outside the Fort Dodge Public Library on 6th Street. The guitar is a Yamaha FG-800, with a small dent on the lower bout and a sticker of a local band on the back. It means a lot to me—my sister gave it to me after college, and it's become sentimental. If anyone found it, please reach out; I’m hoping to get it back and can meet you at the local station or arrange pickup. Thanks so much.
