Found: silver watch near Fort Dodge Library

I found a silver Seiko watch this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Fort Dodge Public Library on Central Ave. The case is brushed stainless steel with a black leather band, about 42mm, and there’s a tiny nick on the bezel near 3 o’clock. The back has initials 'J.R.' engraved and the face is clean with no cracks. It's in decent condition overall, and it feels like it was recently worn.
