Found dark blue windbreaker jacket with hood and pockets hanging on a fence near a park in Fort Dodge.

I found a dark blue windbreaker jacket last Thursday while walking my dog in the park near Fort Dodge. It was hanging on a fence. The jacket has a few pockets and a hood, and it looks relatively new. I would really like to return it to its owner, so if you think it might be yours, please reach out!
