Gold-tone pendant necklace with heart charm

I lost my gold-tone pendant necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Duomo in Florence, along Via dei Calzaiuoli outside Gelateria dei Neri. It's an 18-inch, slender gold-tone chain with a small heart pendant about 0.6 inches across. There's no visible brand, just a simple piece, and the back is engraved with the initials 'A.S.' plus a tiny scratch on the clasp.
