Found orange basketball near Flint Farmers Market

I was leaving the Flint Farmers Market parking lot behind East 1st Street this afternoon around 3:15pm when I found an orange Spalding basketball sitting on the curb. It's youth size, a little deflated, with a noticeable dent on the bottom panel and a blue Sharpie initials 'AP' on the white stripe. The surface is a bit scuffed from the weather, but the ball is still in decent shape overall.
