Blue hardcover travel guide found near Bookmans, Flagstaff

I found a blue hardcover travel guide this afternoon around 2:15pm, tucked behind the seating area outside Bookmans on Route 66 in Flagstaff. It's a Lonely Planet guide to Arizona, about 7 by 4 inches when closed, with a creased spine and a coffee ring on the bottom edge. Inside the back cover there’s a small pine-tree sticker and a folded receipt from a local shop dated last month. I figured someone must be missing it—if you recognize the sticker or the blue-ink note tucked inside, please reach out so I can return it.
