Found black leather briefcase containing personal items near Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region.

I found a black leather briefcase while walking my dog along the path near Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region. It looks to be in great condition and has a few personal items inside, including an ID and some business cards. I'm hoping to get it back to its owner as soon as possible.
