Silver hoop earrings with emerald bead

I found a pair of earrings this afternoon around 3:15 pm on the sidewalk outside the Starbucks on Dickson Street in Fayetteville. They’re silver hoops about 1.5 cm in diameter, with a tiny emerald bead dangling from one hoop. One hoop has a small scratch near the clasp and the inside of the other shows a faint engraving that looks like 'AH'—not visible from afar but identifiable up close. They look well-loved but still in decent condition. If the owner recognizes them, I’d be glad to coordinate a meetup near the Fayetteville Downtown Square or the coffee shop on Dickson Street to return them.
