I found this neon orange dog harness this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Market House on Hay Street in Fayetteville. It's a medium-sized nylon harness with reflective stitching and a tiny paw-print tag sewn into the belly strap. The buckle is a bit scratched, and there's a small blue fabric tag tucked inside with the size label 'M'. If this belongs to someone, please message me so I can get it back—it's clearly lived with a dog and I’d hate for the owner to go without it.
