Found brown leather dog collar with blue tag and name tag in Maple Park, Fayetteville.

I found a brown leather dog collar with a blue tag attached while walking in Maple Park in Fayetteville. The collar looks expensive and has a name tag with a phone number on it. I'm hoping to return it to its owner as soon as possible.
